If you are anything like I was just a short time ago, you desperately want to jump higher. I know what’s not fun. Not being able to jump. When I started working on my vertical jump, I was a third stringer on my high school basketball team and I desperately wanted to get better. Not only that, but I wanted to dunk the basketball. I wanted to show everyone on my team just how good I was, and so I became determined.

You should try to rest them at least once per week, but twice per week is ideal. Then, after your rest, and after your muscles have healed, they’ll be ready to go again so that you can jump even higher. This goes for your entire body. Don’t even do your warm up workout. Just let your body rest and when you come back to it you’ll be ready to go all out again.
